it snowed so much last night, and the snow looks so fluffy and beautiful outside. i've been playing halo a lot lately and it makes me feel invincible.

i just got back from a two week trip to india. everything i ate was so delicious, and it was really fun to practice my hindi, but after a while i became homesick.sometimes it surprises me how american i am. but i love it, i love who i am.

it's a new year. the passage of time feels heavy and frightening to me but i will embrace it. i hope i learn new things about myself and the world this year. i hope we all experience joy and a sense of belonging.

i recently turned one year older. i don't feel my age. lots of new things are on the horizon for me, mostly my internal horizon, but i am scared.
